It goes to the work: it notices a new lead, checks your rules, drafts the reply, updates the CRM and hands you anything it is unsure about. It uses your tools, follows a schedule and keeps a record of what it did. A chatbot can be one small part of an AI employee, but the employee is the whole job.

Yes. Gmail is one of the most common tools to connect. An AI employee can read incoming mail, sort it, and draft replies in your voice. By default it only drafts. You approve before anything is sent. We connect it with your permission, starting read-only, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account.
